J&T Building & Maintenance provide a comprehensive range of building maintenance services, covering both internal and external works. Our expertise includes decoration, plastering & rendering, fencing, flooring, carpentry (including fire door fittings, repairs and alterations), locksmith, plumbing, guttering & downpipe maintenance, and waste disposal.

We also carry out  end-of-tenancy clearances, as well as glazing repairs.
 

In addition, we offer electrical repairs, installations and condition report through our NAPIT-registered partner and we are now able to provide certified fire door inspections and fire compartmentation surveys as part of our partnership with My Fire Door.
