Patio and Surrounding Balustrade
This stunning patio project features a seamless transition from the kitchen to the outdoors, using the same sleek tiling throughout to create a continuous flow of space. When the bi-fold doors are fully opened, the inside and outside merge effortlessly, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Our bespoke (custom made on site) metal balustrade adds a modern touch to the space, handcrafted with thick stainless steel wires to maintain safety without compromising the beautiful view. Complementing the clean lines and open feel, discreet LED strip lighting has been installed to cast a warm, inviting glow—perfect for creating a relaxing garden ambience as the evening sets in.

Internal Re-Decorations
This is a recent internal re-decorations at a block of flats in Eastleigh, the first of 3 on this particular site.
We meticulously prepared the ceilings, walls, and woodwork before applying a fresh coat of paint, ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere. Experience the difference in your home with our professional decorating services that enhance both style and comfort.

Works carried out following Water Ingress
Insurance works - Following a communal pipe leak we removed bathroom suite, removed tiles and damaged plasterboard and re-boarded using moisture resistant plasterboard. Installed new bath and upgraded shower unit. and re-tiled using stainless steel trim. We then renewed flooring throughout the flat using Luxury Vinyl Tiles. We then carried out decoration to walls, ceiling and woodwork, sealing with a cement grey sanitary grade mastic.
New carpet laid in bedroom.

Kitchen Flooring and Unit Replacement
Insurance works - removal of kitchen base units, worktop, floor covering, sub-floor and insulation. Then installed dehumidifiers to allow to dry out. Then installed new re-using doors to match wall units.
